Kedron carries out a full assessment of clients technical and business requirements, their current tools strategy, the personnel resource available to manage the software, the key services delivered by the network and the actual scope of the environment our solution will be working within.

Based on this information we will then deliver a Technology Recommendation Document which includes a full specification of our solution and explains how it will meet your requirements and objectives. Once the client has formally accepted our recommendation Kedron produces a Delivery Plan which maps out the project deliverables, prerequisites and service schedule against timescales.


Working against the Project Delivery Plan, our certified Engineers on-board and configure the solution to meet the agreed deliverables.
